1. Posting & Managing Ads
Q: How do I place an ad?
A: It is very quick and easy! Simply click on the "Post Free Ads" button located at the top right corner of the website. Select the appropriate category, fill in the details about your item or service, upload some clear photos, and submit.
Q: What does it cost to advertise?
A: Posting a standard classified ad is 100% free throughout the entire website. We also offer optional premium services (such as "Featured Ads" or "Bump Up") for a small fee if you want to give your listing maximum visibility.
Q: I sold my item. How do I delete my ad?
A: Congratulations on your sale! To remove your ad, log in to your FreeAdsPro account, navigate to your dashboard or "My Ads" section, select the specific listing, and click the "Delete" button.
Q: How do I edit an existing ad?
A: If you need to change the price, description, or photos, simply log in to your account, go to "My Ads," find the listing you want to update, and click on "Edit." Save the changes, and your ad will be updated instantly.
Q: How long will my listing remain on the website?
A: In general, a standard ad remains active on the website for 90 days (3 months). You will receive an email notification a week before it expires and another on the day of deactivation. You have the option to renew and put it back online within the following month by logging into your account. After this grace period, your listing will be permanently removed from the system.
2. Account & Security
Q: If I post a listing, will I get spam emails?
A: Absolutely not. Your email address is kept strictly confidential and is not visible on the website. Interested buyers will contact you through our secure internal messaging system, protecting you from spam bots.
Q: I forgot my password. How can I log in?
A: Don't worry! Go to the Login page and click on the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure link to reset your password.
Q: Is it safe to buy and sell on FreeAdsPro?
A: Yes, but we always advise users to take basic precautions. Always try to meet the buyer or seller in person in a safe, public place. Never send money in advance via Western Union, MoneyGram, or anonymous payment links. For more details, please read our [Anti-Scam / Stay Safe Tips] page.

Q: How do I report a scam or suspicious ad?
A: We take user safety very seriously. If you find an ad that looks like a scam, features prohibited items, or seems suspicious, please click the "Report Ad" button found on the ad's page. Our moderation team will investigate it immediately.
