4. Fees, Premium Services, and Payments
Posting basic classified ads on FreeAdsPro.com is free of charge. However, we may offer premium services, such as "Featured Ads," "Bump Up," or "Business Memberships" to increase ad visibility.
All fees for premium services are displayed during the checkout process in the applicable currency.
Payments are final and non-refundable, even if your ad is removed by us for violating these Terms and Conditions.
5. Role of FreeAdsPro (Limitation of Liability)
A Venue Only: FreeAdsPro.com acts strictly as an online venue connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction, and we do not handle payments, shipping, or guarantees between users.
No Endorsement or Guarantee: We do not guarantee the quality, safety, authenticity, or legality of the items or services advertised. We do not verify the truth or accuracy of user listings or the ability of sellers to sell items and buyers to pay for them.
Assumption of Risk: You agree that using our Platform is entirely at your own risk. We strongly advise users to exercise caution, meet in safe public locations, and avoid making advance payments.
