1. Adult and Explicit Content

• Adult toys or novelties.

2. Weapons, Firearms, and Explosives

• Firearms, handguns, rifles, and ammunition of any kind.

• BB guns, pellet guns, stun guns, and tasers.

• Explosives, fireworks, grenades, and destructive devices.

• Switchblade knives, concealed weapons, or martial arts weapons (unless strictly for antique collection purposes where locally legal).

3. Drugs, Alcohol, and Medical Devices

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances.

• Drug paraphernalia (e.g., bongs, pipes used for smoking illegal substances).

• Prescription medications, pharmaceuticals, and contact lenses.

• Unverified medical cures, miracle remedies, and regulated medical devices.

• Tobacco products, e-cigarettes, and alcohol (unless the seller holds a valid, verified commercial license).

4. Counterfeit, Replica, and Copyrighted Goods

• Fake, counterfeit, or "knock-off" designer items (e.g., fake Rolex watches, counterfeit Gucci bags).

• Pirated software, illegal copies of movies, music, or video games.

• Modchips, jailbroken devices, or tools used to bypass copyright protection.

5. Illegal, Stolen, and Fraudulent Items

• Burglary tools and lockpicking devices.

• Fake IDs, counterfeit currency, forged documents, and fake passports.

• Selling or trading of personal data, mailing lists, bank accounts, or credit/debit cards.

6. Hazardous and Dangerous Materials

• Toxic chemicals, radioactive materials, and combustible substances.

• Recalled items or products that pose a significant health or safety hazard.

7. Animals and Wildlife Products

• Endangered or protected animal species.

• Animal parts, including ivory, rhino horn, tortoiseshell, and exotic animal skins.

• Puppy mills or unregulated animal breeding services. (Note: Adopting out domestic pets must comply with local animal welfare laws).

8. Questionable Financial and Business Opportunities

• Pyramid schemes, Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), and "get-rich-quick" programs.

• Offers for network marketing or unsolicited affiliate marketing links.

• Unlicensed loan offers or financial trading advice.

Consequences of Policy Violation

FreeAdsPro monitors listings regularly. If an ad violates this Prohibited Items Policy, we reserve the right to take the following actions without prior notice:

• Immediate removal of the offending advertisement.

• Suspension or permanent ban of the user's account.

• Reporting the user to the relevant law enforcement authorities or legal agencies.

How to Report a Violation

If you encounter an ad that violates this policy, please do not engage with the seller. Use the "Report Ad" button on the listing page to notify our moderation team immediately.
